This cake was gorgeous; nice and spongy. My family and I cannot eat meat, fish or eggs due to strict religious beliefs so we cannot eat the regular cakes from the supermarket as they always contain eggs. We liked it so much that we ordered another one a week later. It tastes and looks beautiful. Not too sweet as some cakes can be. The frosting and cherries on top are nice too.
